Exchange Policy

The customer won’t be able to open the parcel on time of delivery due to the courier or shipping company’s guidelines and rules. Still, if any of our clients change their mind and need to exchange, they can exchange via these options:

Inform our customer support or WhatsApp or email us.
Our delivery team will deliver with the new parcel and pick old parcel Rs 200 will apply for exchange via courier.
Item will be exchanged within 4-5 working days.
The product should be unused and in original packing.
If a product is damaged, torn, or used won’t be exchanged.

Return Policy

To be eligible for return the item should be unused and in original packing.
Deduction of Rs. 200 will apply for all returns for shipping via courier companies.
Customers can requests on our customer support or WhatsApp or email us, Our delivery team will pick up the old parcel and new parcel will be shipped once we receive the previous one which will be quality checked.
Customers can apply for a return within 3 days of parcel delivery.
It will take 4-5 working days for new parcel to return via courier.
